| Case Study - Juice Bar-fit |
 |
Bright, clean colours and
natural textures were the order of the day when
ROKA UK fitted the interior of a new juice bar,
Krush, in Southport.
“Krush is a start up business and this was
their first juice bar,” says Annie McNeely,
a designer for ROKA UK. “They had certain
colours in mind and we gave them guidance on the
features and look of the bar. This site was unusual
in having enough space for an island bar.”
The company supplied the stainless steel counters
and a framework with a red laminated multiplex serving
counter.
The unit included storage, a drink-collection point
and curved corner units. All panels were supplied
white, ready for PVC branding, and, yes, ROKA UK
really did provide the kitchen sink – in this
case an extra large basin with a pre-rinsing tap
for equipment washing – a particularly important
feature in juice bars.
All the appliances were supplied by Paul Ford at
Projuice. |
